How to upgrade electrostatic precipitators' performance through a significant innovation in the hybrid filter technology

The Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) perform well in the dust removal but are increasingly not able to comply with the new and stricter regulations on the particulate emission. It becomes therefore necessary to define certain methods that can improve the level of performance of the existing electrostatic filters so to reduce the emission below the levels required by the most recent rules.

The innovative solution proposed by ECOSPRAY Technologies consists of a new dedusting system that allows to upgrade the ESP by increasing its efficiency to higher levels which are also more reliable than the traditional bag or the ceramic filters.
Unlike the transformation of the ESP in a “conventional” hybrid filter (i.e. where a high quantity of bag filters is installed in ESP final part) as well as the transformation in a bag or ceramic filter, the new solution proposed by ECOSPRAY requires a far more contained overall sizing and a reduced removal/installation of existing/new parts thus, as a consequence, the installation costs are definitely lower.

Not last, this solution implies less maintenance activity compared to conventional hybrid filters and bag or ceramic ones, which also means a further cost reduction. Another advantage offered...
