Industrial wastewater treatment is becoming a global problem day by day. Textile industrial effluent is considered as the most polluted wastewater among all industries due to the presence of different dyes used during the process of dying. Conventional methods are found inefficient to treat synthetic dyes. Composite Photocatalytic membrane is one of the recent technology which combines advanced oxidation process and membrane technology to treat the wastewater.
