There are 1.5 billion motor cars use in the world, and global tire usage growing 7.6% of rate of the annum. It is estimated that over 250,000,000 tires are thrown away annually. Because of this high availability, resilience, bulk and non-biodegradability, tires are prime targets for recycling. There were two methods in tire recycling system in the world. Using the scrap tires as whole mechanically modified shapes (grinding, cryogenic grinding) , and chemically decomposition or separation of scrap tires contents in to different materials (pyrolysis ) .grinding and pyrolysis process generate hazard fumes and dust.
