MeKo ist ein global agierender, ISO-zertifizierter Zulieferer, der sich auf die hochpräzise Materialbearbeitung mit dem Laser spezialisiert hat.
Wir zeichnen uns durch eine über 30-jährige Erfahrung beim Laserschneiden, Laserbohren und Laserschweißen von Metallen und anderen Materialien aus. Zudem bietet MeKo zahlreiche Nachbearbeitungsprozesse an.
Mit Laserbohren erzeugt MeKo verschiedenste Bauteil-, Loch- und Schlitzgeometrien für Siebe, Filter und Lochbleche. Kleinste Bohrungen im µm-Bereich sind genauso möglich, wie große im mm-Bereich, unabhängig vom Werkstoff, wie beispielsweise Stahl, Edelstahl oder Keramik. Eine hohe Präzision ist garantiert - auch bei hohen Perforationsgeschwindigkeiten.

We have more than 30 years of experience in laser cutting, laser drilling, laser welding and secondary processing of metals and other materials.
MeKo offers laser drilling services for a huge variety of hole sizes and slot geometries. Hole diameters of a few microns up to a couple of millimeters are just as possible as varying between different materials like carbon steel, stainless steel and ceramics. That allows a wide range of applications of sieves, filters and perforated sheets. A high precision is guaranteed, even at a very high perforation speed.
