Benvitec’s BlueFil^® mist eliminating solutions separate droplets from your gas flow.

BlueFil^® uses a structured mesh, which can be described as ladder-like, comprised of 3D-interlocked plastic monofilaments.

Depending on the material, 93% to 97% of these fibers are perpendicular to the gas flow, which results in a minimized pressure drop and optimized collection efficiency for droplets between 1-10 µm or above.

Our products is used as a coalescing filter in a liquid/liquid separator. Smaller undissolved particals clump together and can be collected.

Our open 3D structure guarantees the highest efficiency at the lowest possible pressure drop which saves energy.
