CHEMAP®-FILTER
Chemie, Pharma, Lebensmittel – Tausendfach bewährt, bietet das geschlossene, vollautoma-tische CHEMAP®-Filtersystem für Anwendungen mit teuren Katalysatoren, sterilen Bedin-gungen und hohen Anforderungen an die Qualität und Reinheit entscheidende Vorteile.
Im CHEMAP®-Filter sind runde, nach innen leicht konische Filterplatten auf einer drehbar gelagerten Hohlwelle zu einem Paket aufgeschichtet. Die konische Form der Filterplatten und die Gestaltung des Druckbehälterbodens erlauben die restlose Filtration der Ausgangsproduk-te ohne Verlust an Wertstoffen sowie die Kuchenwaschung mit einem kleinen, wirtschaftli-chen Flüssigkeitsvolumen.
Das CHEMAP®-Filtersystem zeichnet sich durch eine einzigartige Betriebsstabilität auch unter fluktuierenden Betriebsbedingungen aus. Der CHEMAP®-Filter ist unempfindlich gegenüber Druckschwankungen und Prozessunterbrüchen.
Die Prozessschritte Anschwemmung, Filtration, Restvolumenfiltration, Kuchenwaschung und Reinigung (CIP) werden automatisch durchgeführt. Der Kuchenaustrag durch die Rotation des Filterpakets erfolgt unter inerten Bedingungen in einen Endlossack, welcher dicht mit der Abpackvorrichtung verbunden ist. Festeingebaute Sprühkugeln sorgen für eine optimale Rei-nigung der Innenteile. Die modulare Bauweise der Anlage vereinfacht den Transport zum Endkunden und minimiert den Installationsbedarf vor Ort.
