Toyo Screen Kogyo's greatest strengths are our ability to stably produce Wedge Wire Screen (Fine Wedge®) with a minimum slit (slot) dimension of 5 μm and our wealth of know-how accumulated over many years of experience. To guarantee precision, we set and manage a slit tolerance standard which is more severe than the JIS sieve aperture standard, and we guarantee precision based on automatic statistical slit measurement using our unique electron microscope inspection method. We possess a large amount of in-house developed equipment that makes full use of the technology of Fine Wedge® produced in this way, and we are also concentrating on the development of further new products.

By customizing our products and equipment for each customer, we can develop, design, manufacture and sell products that can meet the needs of all kinds of industries, locations and substances.
