Seit 1953 produzieren wir am Standort Dortmund hochporöse Sinterwerkstoffe.
Aus unseren Werkstoffen Siperm R (AISI 316L), Siperm B (CuSn10), Siperm HP (PE-UHMW) und Siperm HP antistatisch (PE-UHMW) fertigen wir Filterplatten, Filterkerzen, Filterrohre, Filterscheiben und Formteile nach Kundenvorgaben.
Weitere wichtige Einsatzgebiete unserer hochporösen Sinterwerkstoffe sind Schüttguthandling, Sicherheitstechnik und Schalldämpfung. Unsere Werkstoffe eignen sich sehr gut für die Filtration von Flüssigkeiten und Gasen.
Die Porengrößen sind einstellbar und können in Bezug auf den Trenngrad optimal an die jeweiligen kundenspezifischen Prozessanforderungen angepasst werden.
Unsere Werkstoffe Siperm R und Siperm B eignen sich hervorragend sowohl als klassische Tiefenfilter als auch als Oberflächenfilter für Anwendungen mit hohen Ansprüchen bzgl. Festigkeit und Korrosionsverhalten.
Siperm-Filter zeichnen sich durch Ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit, anpassungsfähige Bauweise, hohe Lebensdauer und einfache Wartung aus. Für die Werkstoffe Siperm HP und Siperm HP antistatisch liegt eine lebensmittelrechtliche Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung vor.
Since 1953 Tridelta Siperm produces high porous sintered materials at their site in Dortmund, Germany.
From our materials:
- Siperm R (AISI 316L)
- Siperm B (CuSn10)
- Siperm HP (PE-UHMW)
- and Siperm HP antistatic (PE-UHMW)
we produce filters in the form of plates, cartridges, tubes, discs and molded parts according to customer specifications.
In addition to filtration, highly porous sintered materials are used in the fields of Bulk Material Handling, Safety Technology and Silencing.
Our materials are well suitable for both liquid and solids filtration. The pore sizes are adjustable and can - with respect to the degree of separation - be perfectly adapted to the respective customer-specific process requirements. Our materials Siperm R and Siperm B are excellently suitable as both classical deep-bed filters and surface filters in applications with high demands regarding strength and corrosion behavior.
Siperm filters are characterized by their cost-effectiveness, adaptable design, high durability and easy maintenance. A declaration of conformity for food stuff is available for Siperm HP and Siperm HP antistatic.
