CTP TEAM is an international engineering company based in Bergamo at the Kilometro Rosso innovation district in Italy. Founded in 1970, the company is specialised in air pollution and waste heat recovery solutions.
We are currently looking for: FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
The figure will operate in the OTP (Optimisaton Technology Performances) department. Reporting directly to the OTP BU Mamanger, the person will collaborate with technical, proposal and project management staff.

Functions and responsibilities
Working mainly in Europe and rarely worldwide, the person will be travelling 60-70% of the time. When not travelling, the person will be coordinating with colleagues at HQ. As a member of the OTP department, the person will respond directly to the OTP manager as the line manager. The role does not currently require any staff management.
As a field service supervisor working in the APC business, it will be the person’s responsibility to inspect customers’ plants following the yearly maintenance plan, perform troubleshooting, strive to resolve issues, and finally submit a detailed report of the equipment status to both the customer and CTP, advising on the intervention needed in terms of spare parts and extraordinary maintenance to ensure air pollution equipment performance is within working specifications.
The Field service supervisor will oversee industrial plant “kick-offs,” coordinating contractors’ teams appointed to conclude all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities as needed. It is the service supervisor’s responsibility to coordinate and manage the maintenance contracts schedule, ensuring efficient operations to ensure work progresses as planned, supervise the installation of equipment and spare parts, direct crews or workers on site, conduct research, and report on project status. Field engineers will ensure that everything works smoothly, and engineering designs are being followed. The person will coordinate with the Process Department, OTP, and Project Managers to provide the best customer service experience possible.

The Profile

• strong technical background, either from an engineering degree or extensive field experience working as a service technician.
• extensive previous working experiences in maintenance for industrial plants such as cement factories, mining operations, energy plants, air pollution control systems, or heat exchangers. The person should be well-versed in the technical aspects of field operations and have experience as a service manager.
• understanding and application of safety guidelines are mandatory for the position.
• knowledge of SAP, as well as familiarity with AutoCAD 2D.
• good knowledge of English, and preferably a second European language (Spanish), will be a plus.
• availability to travel on 60/70% of the time for visiting the field is mandatory for a successful application.
• work closely with colleagues, communication skills and problem-solving attitude complete the profile.

Offer
CTP Team offers a direct permanent contract. (Ccnl Metalmeccanica Industria), Full time (40 hours a week contract) Level: B3 to A1 – depending on the experience. Gross Annual Pay: € 55.000,00 – € 60.000,00* plus Bonus scheme.

*Approximate yearly gross salary for personnel in the position, a more junior or senior candidate would receive an appropriately different offer based on actual experience.
