Klebstoffe für Filterprodukte
Qualitativ hochwertige Filter sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil in unterschiedlichsten Einsatzgebieten. Ob etwa als vorgeschalteter Filter zur Reinigung der Luft beim Einsatz von Turbinen, zur Gewährleistung der Keimfreiheit von Operationssälen, im Alltagsgebrauch bei KFZ-Innenraum oder Ölfiltern oder bei der Reinigung der Abluft eines Staubsaugers: Filter müssen unterschiedlichste Anforderungsprofile erfüllen. Sie müssen hohen Druck- und Temperaturbelastungen und nicht zuletzt dem zu filternden Medium standhalten, um es z.B. von Schadstoffen, Verunreinigungen, Schwebstoffen, Keimen oder toxischen Stäuben zu befreien.
Die einzusetzenden Klebstoffsysteme haben dabei maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Stabilität, Standzeit und Funktionalität der fertigen Filter. Unsere Dispersionen, Plastisole, reaktiven und nicht-reaktiven Schmelzklebstoffe erreichen hohe Temperaturbeständigkeiten und Festigkeitsanforderungen, die die Endprodukte zu erfüllen haben. Zugleich ist eine einwandfreie Adhäsion zu den eingesetzten Filtermedien (Papier, synthetische Vliese, Glasfaservliese) und Rahmenmaterialien gewährleistet.
Adhesives for filter products
High-quality filters are an essential component in a wide range of applications. Whether used as an upstream filter to clean the air when turbines are used, to ensure the sterility of perating theatres, in everyday use in automotive cabin air or oil filters or when cleaning the exhaust air of a vacuum cleaner: filters have to meet a wide range of requirements. They have to withstand high pressure and temperature loads as well as to be resistant to the medium to be filtered, in order to free it from pollutants, impurities, suspended particles, germs or toxic dusts.
The adhesive systems have a decisive influence on the stability, service life and functionality of the finished filters. Our dispersions, plastisols, reactive and non-reactive hotmelt adhesives achieve high temperature resistance and meet the strength requirements needed in the end application. At the same time, perfect adhesion to the filter media used (paper, synthetic nonwovens, glass fiber nonwovens) and frame materials is guaranteed.
