IREMA produziert seit über 40 Jahren synthetische Filtermedien für die Kabineninnenraumfiltration, die Klima- und Lüftungstechnik und andere Industrieanwendungen. IREMAs einzigartiges 3D-Mediendesign zeichnet sich durch exzellente Filtrationseigenschaften im Endprodukt aus. Darüber hinaus vertreibt IREMA Faltenpakete (MiniPleats) als Vorprodukte für Filterbauer sowie fertige Filter (3V-Zelle und Hybrid-Filter) – getestet nach ISO 16890, EN 779 oder Ashrae 52.2.
Im Bereich von hocheffizienten synthetischen Filtermedien bieten wir nun auch Meltblown-Material mit einer Partikelabscheidung von mehr als 99,99 % an. Dieses Material kann in medizinischen sowie elektronischen Anwendungen eingesetzt werden. Außerdem unterstützen wir unsere Kunden mit plissierbarem Meltblow-Material.
Wir entwickeln, konstruieren und bauen unsere Maschinen und Fertigungstechnologien im eigenen Haus. Mit unserem Fachwissen und den Fähigkeiten unseres Teams nehmen wir neue Herausforderungen an und kreieren Lösungen für unsere Kunden. Unser F&E-Team arbeitet kontinuierlich an neuen Produkten und Technologien, die neuesten Standards, spezifischen Kundenanforderungen sowie hohen Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz in OEM-Projekten entsprechen.

IREMA´s latest synthetic innovations
IREMA-Filter is one of the worldwide most innovative manufacturers of synthetic filter media based on a proprietary and unique machine technology.
1. High efficiency filter media with > 99,99 % particle separation!
In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed an unique material with particle separation of up to 99,99 %. The media can be used in many challenging applications, including medical and consumer electronics. We also supply the filtration industry with a wide range of other pleatable synthetic material.
2. Synthetic replacement for triboelectric filter materials!
Our most recent development is an electrostatic media with high efficiency and very low pressure drop. This hydrophobic material can be laminated to a support medium such as expanded mesh, for pleating and is ideal for low-energy applications.
3. New generation - BLU Hybrid filters!
BLU Hybrid filters utilize our most recent 3-layer synthetic media design, which means each layer features its own characteristics. Based on the proprietary and patented pleating technology, the rigid pleat design results in a minimized airflow resistance. Due to the optimal filter media utilization and construction, they do not clog during lifetime.
