JZ Engineering has over 30 years of experience in the process engineering of solid-liquid filtration in various areas and in the calculation and design of filter plates made of various materials.

We are the contact for our customers when it comes to solving very specific filtration tasks.

Whether processes with special chemical requirements, pressures or extreme temperatures need to be solved; thanks to our many years of experience, we find the right materials and the corresponding process engineering and offer you the optimal filter elements.

We are very familiar with:

• the materials GGG, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and the plastics PP, PVDF and CFRP as plate materials.
• PP, PVDF, EPDM, TPE, FKM and other elastomers as membrane materials and their respective advantages and disadvantages.

We optimize processes for our customers to achieve higher capacities and a consistently higher level of quality.

We also use our tools:

• Process manual for filtration in membrane filter presses
• JZ analysis system for evaluating the filtration process

We are an independent engineering office and, among other things, prepare reports on the scope of delivery and services for our customers.

We are experts and also bring our specialist knowledge of filter presses and filter elements to court when looking for solutions to conflicts.
