RadiciGroup is one of the world’s leading producers of a wide range of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, high performance polymers and advanced textile solutions, among which nylon and polyester yarn, nonwovens and PPE for many industrial applications.

Radimelt meltblown nonwovens are high performance fabrics made of ultra-fine synthetic continuous filaments with diameters in the submicron range. They provide excellent filtration efficiency while minimizing airflow resistance. In addition, they cater for a wide range of filtration applications, from HVAC and cabin air filtration to liquid filter applications. Bonded nonwoven composites can be produced to suit specific applications.

Our line is extremely technologically advanced. It has a high production capacity and can realize products with special technical characteristics, thanks to double beam system; Products are made mainly with PP, but also with polyester, polyamide, TPU and sustainable polymers, with further functions thanks to special additives. RadiciGroup offers a wide range of spun and melt combinations (SM, SMM, SMS, SMMS) targeted at different applications such as air filtration, liquid filtration, medical, oil absorbency and many other needs.

Our R&D labs are equipped with sophisticated instruments such as: Scanning Electron Mycroscope (SEM), Palas MFP 3000 to perform ISO EN 1822-1, EN 149/ EN 13274-7, ISO 16890 and Porolux Porometer.
