Cold Forged Housings and Components

DF Precision Group focuses on cold and warm forging processes as well as precision tooling, servicing the automotive, hardware, farm machinery, hydraulic components, electrical, and electronic industries.

We have a branch and a warehouse in Germany, which are responsible for developing and coordinating business in Europe and overseas, as well as providing support for customers' supply chain management.

Our plants are located in Yuhuan, China, and have fixed assets of RMB 60 million, a factory area of 7,000 square meters, and employs more than 30 people. The production department consists of three workshops, including facilities for 3000T, 1000T, and 630T forging, with more than 10 sets of cold forging equipment.

We also have T6 aluminum alloy solid solution aging, annealing furnaces, CNC lathes, and machining centers, totaling over 60 sets of equipment.

Additionally, we are equipped with coordinate measuring machines, imported contour graphs from Germany, imaging instruments, optical instruments, Brinell and Rockwell hardness testers, electronic universal testing machines, bursting test machines, and other high-precision testing equipment. This setup can meet the entire production process of filters, with an annual capacity exceeding 1,000,000 pieces.

We have also obtained several quality system certifications, including IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and DNV Quality Management System Certification.
