Herding® OMIKRON - Adaptierbar • Waschbar • Sterilisierbar
Das neue Herding® OMIKRON Element ist ein wasch- und sterilisierbares Unibody-Filterelement aus Polyethylen. Es ist lebensmittelkonform gemäß FDA und europäischer Richtlinie sowie zukunftsorientiert frei von PFAS. Das Besondere ist, dass Geometrie und Anschluss der gesinterten Starrkörperfilter frei adaptierbar ist. Herding® OMIKRON kann dank parametrischem Design für jede Anwendung passgenau konfektioniert werden und damit auch in bestehende Anlagenkonzepte integriert werden.
Das erlaubt maximale Flexibilität und reine Produktivität!
Strenge Hygieneanforderungen in der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie machen es oft notwendig Einwegfilter aus Papier oder Textilien regelmäßig auszutauschen um u.a. Bakterienbildung vorzubeugen. Herding® OMIKRON kann nach Produktkontakt oder bei Produktwechsel gewaschen oder sterilisiert werden und damit wiederholt keimfrei im Prozess eingesetzt werden. Dadurch können Betriebs- und Entsorgungskosten stark reduziert werden.
Der faserfreie gesinterte Unibody erlaubt dabei kontaminationsfreie Produktrückgewinnung zum Beispiel bei pneumatischer Förderung oder in industriellen Staubsauganlagen.
Herding® OMIKRON - Adaptable • Cleanable • Sterilizable
The new Herding® OMIKRON element is a washable and sterilizable unibody filter element made of polyethylene. It is food compliant according to FDA and European guidelines as well as PFAS-free. This makes it future-proof and in line with upcoming regulations and legislation.
A special feature is that the geometry and connection of the sintered rigid filters is freely adaptable. Thanks to this parametric design, Herding® OMIKRON can be tailored precisely to any application and can therefore also be integrated into existing systems.
This allows maximum flexibility and pure productivity!
Strict hygiene requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries often make it necessary to regularly replace disposable filters made of paper or textiles to prevent the formation of bacteria. Herding® OMIKRON can be washed or sterilized after product contact or when changing products to make it germ-free again. Therefore it can be used repeatedly while greatly reducing operating and disposal costs.
The fiber-free sintered unibody allows contamination-free product recovery, for example in the case of pneumaticconveying or in industrial vacuum cleaning systems.
Herding OMIKRON - 纯粹的生产力耐用 有效 过滤

Herding® PHI – Effizient • Robust • Langlebig
Mit dem neuen Filterelement Herding® PHI setzt Herding neue Maßstäbe als wirtschaftlich wie technologisch überlegene Replacement-Lösung für klassische Schlauchfilter-Anlagen. Der kompakte Starrkörper aus gesintertem PE kombiniert die bewährte Herding Filtertechnologie mit reiner Oberflächenfiltration - für maximale Betriebssicherheit und eine besonders kurze Amortisationszeit. Dank Reingaswerten von < 0,1 mg/Bm³ und einem Einsatzbereich bis 100 °C deckt Herding® PHI zahlreiche Anwendungen ab. Die kompakte Bauform ermöglicht dabei eine deutlich größere Filterfläche im Vergleich zu gleich dimensionierten Schlauchfiltern.
Das erlaubt mehr Leistung bei weniger Aufwand - und reine Produktivität!
Wo Schlauchfilter regelmäßig gewechselt werden müssen und dadurch Abfall, Entsorgungskosten und Stillstandszeiten entstehen, überzeugt Herding® PHI mit außergewöhnlich hohen Standzeiten und konstanten Betriebsbedingungen. Partikel werden an der Oberfläche abgeschieden, ohne Affinität zur Einlagerung von Feinpartikeln im Filtergrundkörper - das reduziert Wartung und sorgt für stabile Prozesse.
Zusätzlich steigt die Energieeffizienz durch den geringen Abreinigungsdruck. Und beim Retrofit gilt: EINSETZEN. EINSCHIEBEN. FERTIG - durch die Push in Installation bleibt das bestehende Lochblech, die Abreinigungseinheit sowie der Unterdruckerzeuger unverändert, Umbauten sind nahezu nicht erforderlich.
