MeKo ist ein global agierender, ISO-zertifizierter Lohnfertiger, der sich auf die hochpräzise Materialbearbeitung mit dem Laser spezialisiert hat.
Mit unseren spezialisierten Laseranlagen fertigen wir Siebbleche mit einer Vielzahl von Lochgrößen und Schlitzgeometrien von 50 µm bis zu mehreren Millimetern.
Wir bieten unseren Kunden Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen, bei denen andere Filtermedien wie Mesh oder Kantenspaltfilter nur begrenzt einsetzbar sind, darunter Filterscheiben für das Kunststoffrecycling, Filterkörbe für die Abwasseraufbereitung und verschleißfeste Schlitzplatten für die Mineralindustrie.
Mit unserem Ingenieursteam verbessern wir konstant unsere Prozess und ermöglichen es Ihnen Ihr Produktsortiment zu erweitern.
MeKo is an ISO-certified, globally active contract manufacturer specialising in laser material processing, with over 30 years' experience.
Using our specialised laser machines, we produce perforated sheets featuring a variety of hole sizes and slot geometries, ranging from 50 µm to several millimetres.
We offer our customers new solutions for demanding applications where other filter media, such as mesh or wedge wire, are limited, including filter discs for plastic recycling, filter tubes for wastewater treatment and wear-resistant slotted plates for the mineral industry.
Our engineering team is dedicated to making improvements to our processes on a continuous basis. This enables us to assist you in expanding your range of filter solutions.
