Nick kombiniert Entwicklungs- und Problemlösungs-Kompetenz, Fertigungsqualität sowie Zuverlässigkeit. Daraus resultiert eine komplette Reihe von Edelstahlkammerfilterelementen, in allen gängigen Größen für die Druckfiltration, die dort anfängt wo die herkömmlichen Polypropylen Kammerfilterplatten technisch nicht mehr ausreichen.

Das geschützte Design der Kammerplatte „Made by Nick“ ermöglicht eine Edelstahlplatte in Leichtbauausführung die einer konventionellen Platte aus Polypropylen, in den Bereichen chemische, mechanische und thermische Stabilität weit überlegen ist. Die Platten sind sowohl als offene und geschlossene Ausführung erhältlich. Als Konstruktionsmaterial kann eine Bandbreite von Edelstählen eingesetzt werden wie DIN 1.4301, aber hochligierte Edelstähle wie DIN 1.4539. Auch ersetzt die Leichtbau Edelstahlplatte, Kammerfilterplatten aus Grauguss.

Erstausrüstung ist genauso möglich wie der Einsatz-/Austausch bei bestehenden Filteranlagen-/pressen im Betrieb. Oftmals einhergehend mit Kapazitätserweiterungen durch optimierte Bauart sowie bis zu 30% geringerer Druckverlust gegenüber Filterplatten aus Polypropylen.

Einsetzbar sind zudem alle handelsübliche Filtertücher aber auch metallische-/Sintergewebe.

Nick combines development and problem-solving expertise, manufacturing quality and reliability. The result is a complete range of stainless-steel chamber filter plates in all standard sizes for pressure filtration, which begins where conventional polypropylene chamber are no longer technically sufficient.

The patented design of the “Made by Nick”® chamber plate enables a lightweight stainless-steel plate that is far superior compared to conventional polypropylene plates in terms of chemical, mechanical and thermal stability. The plates are available in both open and closed designs. A range of stainless steels can be used as construction materials, such as DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304) but also high-alloy stainless steels such as DIN 1.4539 (AISI 904L). The lightweight stainless-steel plate also replaces chamber filter plates made out of cast iron. It can be used as original equipment or for replacement in existing filter systems/presses in operation. This is often accompanied by capacity increases due to optimized design and up to 30% lower pressure loss compared to polypropylene filter plates. Moreover, our chamber filter plates can be optional temperature controlled from below 10° C up to above 100° C, ideally for Bio- and Food and Pharmaceutical processes, as well as for Hydrometallurgical applications. Same time, process pressure applied can be as high as 50 bar (g). All common woven filter media can be used, as well as sintered metal mesh. We are your expert partner, especially when it comes to special filtration requirements that cannot be solved using conventional approaches. Nick® supplies the necessary stainless steel process solutions as installed in modern filter presses.

The Nick® lightweight stainless-steel chamber Filterplate offers outstanding advantage beyond and above the material properties of polypropylene. The lightweight stainless plate can be easily installed as retrofit into existing systems-/chamber filter-presses. Also to replace heavy cast iron filter plates or expensive plate and frame solutions. This is often accompanied by capacity increases due to optimized design and up to 30% lower pressure loss compared to polypropylene filter plates. Same time, process pressure applied can be as high as 50 bar (g), while all common woven filter media can be used, as well as sintered metal mesh.

The ultimate process highlight, is the optional temperature-controlled option from below 10° C up to above 100° C. Ideally for Bio- and Food and Pharmaceutical processes, as well as for Hydrometallurgical applications.

The patented Stanik design enables the possibility to combine a light weight structure with the superior characteristics of stainless steel to meet the increasing requirements of modern filtration. Major benefits are the outstanding properties of stainless steel such as very good strength, chemical resistance, food safety and high temperature stability.

This design allows, in addition to pure material separation, the integration of further work steps such as washing, drying or heating and cooling into the filter press. Boundaries of what is possible in pressure filtration are removed. Filtration processes that were previously not feasible due to the plate restrictions can now be realized with existing system technology.
