Besonders stolz sind wir auf unseren AF-Filterautomat. Die vollautomatische Filterpresse ist eine ausgereifte und betriebssichere Anlage, welche sich bereits vielfach in der Industrie unter härtesten Bedingungen bewährt hat.
Die Filterpresse produziert und entleert kontinuierlich Filterkuchen, ohne die Anwesenheit eines Bedieners, bei einer Maschinenverfügbarkeit von > 90 %. Auch das Austreten der Suspension während des Filterzyklus gehört der Vergangenheit an.
Neben den erheblich reduzierten Betriebskosten liegt die Investition meist nur unwesentlich höher als bei einer konventionellen Kammer- oder Membranfilterpresse.

Fully automatic membrane filter presses
The fully automatic AF series from AQUACHEM is a technical advancement of conventional chamber filter presses. Due to today's required degree of automation, lack of personnel and the urge to increase efficiency in daily business, the conventional filter press technology is often no longer up to date.
Our fully automatic filter press is a mature and reliable system that has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. The press continuously produces and discharges filter cakes safely without the presence of an operator, with a guaranteed machine availability of up to 98%. Suspension leakage during the filter cycle is also a thing of the past.
In addition to the significantly reduced operating costs, the investment is usually only slightly higher than with a conventional chamber or membrane filter press. Due to the higher capacity per available square meter of filter area, a smaller automatic filter press can be used.
High machine availability, low maintenance and reduced disposal costs due to the higher dry matter content of the filter cake are just some of the many advantages of our AF series.
No leakage, minimum personnel deployment, maximum flexibility - that is our AF.

Von Anfang an beraten wir Sie und finden zusammen mit Ihnen die passende Filterpresse für Ihre tägliche Arbeit.
Vollautomatische Filterpressen
Unsere vollautomatische AF-Serie ist eine technische Weiterentwicklung konventioneller Kammerfilterpressen in der Fest-/Flüssigtrennung. Durch den heute erforderlichen Automatisierungsgrad, Personalmangel und dem Drang nach Effizienzsteigerung im Tagesgeschäft ist die bisherige Filtertechnik oft nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Die vollautomatische Filterpresse ist eine ausgereifte und betriebssichere Anlage, welche sich bereits vielfach in der Industrie unter härtesten Bedingungen bewährt hat. Jede unserer Filterpressen wird anhand eines von uns erstellten 3D-Modells in unserer über 1.000 m² großen Produktionshalle in Senden/Iller gebaut.
Die Filterpresse produziert und entleert kontinuierlich Filterkuchen, ohne die Anwesenheit eines Bedieners, bei einer garantierten Maschinenverfügbarkeit von bis zu 98 %. Auch das Austreten der Suspension während des Filterzyklus gehört der Vergangenheit an.
Neben den erheblich reduzierten Betriebskosten liegt die Investition meist nur unwesentlich höher als bei einer konventionellen Kammer- oder Membranfilterpresse. Aufgrund der höheren Leistung pro verfügbarem Quadratmeter Filterfläche kann eine kleinere automatische Filterpresse eingesetzt werden.

Ein geringer Wartungsaufwand und reduzierte Entsorgungskosten durch den höheren Trockensubstanzgehalt des Filterkuchens sind nur einige der vielen Vorteile unserer AF-Serie.
Halbautomatische Filterpressen
Die BC-Serie besticht durch einfache und robuste Technik. Sie bietet dem Bediener dabei trotzdem viele Features, um die Arbeit zu erleichtern.
Die optional erhältliche semiautomatische Plattenverschiebung ermöglicht es dem Bediener die Filterelemente komfortabel zu verschieben. Die Steuerung der Hydraulik erfolgt über die "Dialog-Steuerung" mit Touchscreen. Somit kann auch jede beliebige Beschickungspumpe miteingebunden und gesteuert werden.
Durch die abgedichtete Ausführung ist eine saubere Umgebung gewährleistet - auch beim internen Spülen der Filterelemente mit aggressiven Medien.
Manuelle Filterpressen
In der bewährten, abgedichteten Ausführung bietet die EC-Serie neben der einfachen Bedienung viele Vorteile. Durch den geschlossenen Filtratablauf ist ein Einsatz selbst in höchst hygienisch, sauberen Bereichen möglich.
Die Pressenverriegelung erfolgt mittels eines automatisch selbstregulierenden, pneumatisch/hydraulischen Schließsystems. Die automatische Schließdruckhaltung gewährleistet, dass das Plattenpaket stets geschlossen bleibt.
Durch die abgedichtete Ausführung ist ein problemloses Rückspülen der Filtertücher in der Filterpresse möglich. Das Filterpressengestell ist phosphatiert und pulverbeschichtet. Es bietet somit einen sehr hohen Schutz gegen äußere Einflüsse.
Die LCM 320 (Pocket Press Membrane)
Die LCM 320 die kleine Schwester der AF-Serie, dagegen ist mobil auf einem praktischen Wagen ideal vor Ort einsetzbar. Die Maschine kann unter anderem als Versuchsfilterpresse im Koffer eingesetzt werden, um eine geeignete Tuchauswahl zu treffen oder die Filtrierbarkeit der Suspension zu überprüfen.
Vollausgestattet kann diese kompakte Presse Funktionen, die auch unsere Vollautomaten können, manuell umsetzen. Mit dem umfangreichen Zubehör sind Versuchsaufbauten kaum Grenzen gesetzt. Verfügbar ist dieses Modell auch als Kammerfilterpresse.
Bei AQUACHEM beschäftigen wir aktuell über 30 Mitarbeiter bei einem Jahresumsatz von ca. 8 Mio. EUR. Seit unseren Anfängen haben wir mehr als 1.000 Filterpressen verkauft. Allein 190 davon sind vollautomatische Filterpressen. Mit fast 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Filtration bietet AQUACHEM für viele Anwendungen eine effiziente und optimale Lösung in der Filtrationstechnik.

Fully automatic filter presses
Our fully automatic AF series is a technical advancement of conventional chamber filter presses in the solid/liquid separation. Due to today's required degree of automation, lack of personnel and the urge to increase efficiency in daily business, the previous filter technology is often no longer up to date.
The fully automatic filter press is a mature and reliable system which has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. Each of our filter presses is built on the basis of a 3D model created by us in our over 1,000m² production hall in Senden/Iller, Germany.
The filter press continuously produces and discharges filter cakes without the presence of an operator, with a guaranteed machine availability of up to 98%. Leaking suspension during the filter cycle is also a thing of the past.
Beside the considerably reduced operating costs, the investment is usually only insignificantly higher than with a conventional chamber or membrane filter press. Due to the higher performance per available square metre of filter surface, a smaller automatic filter press can be used.

Semi-automatic filter presses
The BC series impresses with its simple and robust technology. Nevertheless, it offers the operator many features to make the work easier.
The optional semi-automatic plate shift allows the operator to shift the filter elements comfortably. The hydraulics are controlled via the "dialogue control" with touch screen. This means that any feed pump can be integrated and controlled.
The sealed design ensures a clean environment - even when rinsing the filter elements internally with aggressive media.
Manual filter presses
In the proven, sealed design, the EC series offers many advantages in addition to simple operation. The closed filtrate drain allows an application even in highly hygienic, clean areas. The automatic closing pressure also ensures that the plate pack always remains closed.
The sealed design allows an easy backwashing of the filter cloths in the filter press. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated. It thus offers a very high level of protection against external influences.
The LCM 320 (Pocket Press Membrane)
The LCM 320, the little sister of the AF series, on the other hand, is mobile on a handy trolley and can be used ideally on site. Among other things, the machine can be used as a test filter press in a case to select a suitable filter cloth or to check the filterability of the suspension.
Fully equipped, this compact press can manually implement functions that our fully automatic machines can also do. With the extensive accessories, there are hardly any limits to experimental set-ups. This model is also available as a chamber filter press.
At AQUACHEM, we currently employ over 30 people with an annual turnover of approx. 8 million EUR. Since our beginnings, we have sold more than 1,000 filter presses. 190 of these are fully automatic filter presses alone. With almost 30 years of experience in filtration, AQUACHEM offers an efficient and optimal solution in filtration technology for many applications.
