The COFON is a new brand for environmental treatment material, owned by Tongxiang Jianmin Filter Material Company with 30 years’ experience in material manufacturing.

Our company is specialized in filtration, separation, purification materials’ research and development, industry manufacturing, engineering application and marketing promotion. And our products include melt-blown electret materials, high efficient glass fiber filtration materials, special filter paper, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) air filtration membrane, PP (Polypropylene) hollow fiber membrane, PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) homogeneous ultrafiltration membrane, PVDF composite membrane, PES (polyether sulfone) homogeneous ultrafiltration membrane and so on. What’s more, the products have been sold to Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and other regions.

Over the past few years, we have gained 9 invention patents and obtained science and technology progress prize in provincial level for 5 times. In the field of filtration and separation, we make our own contribution.

Merv 8 Filter Material with Wire Mesh

We have 3 series of nonwoven filter media for the HVAC filter:

  1. Meltblown: It is a coarse surface, with higher strength than normal melt-blown.
  2. Needlepunch nonwoven: It is an electrostatic charging media, high efficiency with low resistance.
  3. Activated carbon media: It is an electrostatic charging media, that can be pleated directly.

Product Feature:

  1. The filtration material is made from non-woven fabrics, and the synthetic fiber;
  2. The filtration material compounds with the material net, and is designed into the foldaway, which will provide the current air with the largest filtration area, 5 times filtration area as the common plane mesh.
  3. Paper frame and metal frame are available, which is convenient for replace.
  4. The moisture-proof 100%;
  5. Heat resistance 80º C.

Laminated PTFE Film Functional Fabric

PTFE allows air to pass easily through the membrane while collecting particulate as small as 0.1 micron on its surface.

The composite filter film / laminated membrane are widely used for air filtration, industrial dust collection and other areas. The filter level is from F9-U15, which meets the international requirements such as EN1822, EN779 etc.
