Rensa ergänzt dieses Portfolio durch Aktivkohlefilter, Taschenfilter mit verlängerter Standzeit, HEPA- und Metallfilter sowie Lufteinlassschutzlösungen für anspruchsvolle Umgebungen wie Rechenzentren und die industrielle Fertigung.

IREMA produces synthetic filter media, MiniPleat packs, V-cells, hybrid filters, and panel filters tested to ISO 16890, EN 779, and ASHRAE 52.2. Rensa complements this with filters including carbon, extended-life pockets, HEPAs, metal, air intake protection, and more, for demanding environments such as data centers and industrial manufacturing.

IREMA´s latest synthetic innovations
IREMA-Filter is one of the worldwide most innovative manufacturers of synthetic filter media based on a proprietary and unique machine technology.
1. High efficiency filter media with > 99,99 % particle separation!
In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed an unique material with particle separation of up to 99,99 %. The media can be used in many challenging applications, including medical and consumer electronics. We also supply the filtration industry with a wide range of other pleatable synthetic material.
2. Synthetic replacement for triboelectric filter materials!
Our most recent development is an electrostatic media with high efficiency and very low pressure drop. This hydrophobic material can be laminated to a support medium such as expanded mesh, for pleating and is ideal for low-energy applications.
3. New generation - BLU Hybrid filters!
BLU Hybrid filters utilize our most recent 3-layer synthetic media design, which means each layer features its own characteristics. Based on the proprietary and patented pleating technology, the rigid pleat design results in a minimized airflow resistance. Due to the optimal filter media utilization and construction, they do not clog during lifetime.
