Leveraging the inherent properties of the proprietary thermoplastic Kevlar-like polymer platform, this ultra-thin scrim, made with Tullomer Monofilaments, with a targeted thickness of 50μm and higher offers a unique combination of mechanical robustness and chemical inertness.

- Expansion & Shrinkage: It features a near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and high resistance to hot air shrinkage (<0.2at 180°C).
- Mechanical Performance: Utilizing monofilaments with a tensile modulus reaching up to 100–200 GPa and strength exceeding 2.5- 4.0 GPa, the scrim provides exceptional tenacity.
- Strength vs. Steel: The platform remains approximately six times stronger than stainless steel wire.
- Exceptional Chemical Resistance: The material is chemically inert and has "Excellent" ratings against concentrated acids (Nitric, Sulfuric, Hydrochloric), strong alkalis (Sodium Hydroxide), and various organic solvents.
