APRO® ist im Privatbesitz und seit 35 Jahren für seine Kunden tätig. Wir sind ein Hersteller von Heißleimauftragsanlagen mit Sitz in Hilden bei Düsseldorf, der seinen Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse der
Kunden legt. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden, die weltweit tätig sind.
APRO® Anlagen können alle Sorten von Schmelzklebstoffen verarbeiten, wie z.B. EVA, Haftschmelzklebstoffe (PSA), PA, PE, PO, PUR oder UV-vernetzbare Acrylate. Wir verfügen über eine Vielzahl und zum Teil einzigartige Auftragssysteme für unterschiedliche Applikationen. Sofern notwendig, erstellen wir individuelle Konstruktionen, die für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden maßgeschneidert sind. Wir fertigen Auftragssysteme für den Kontaktauftrag, ebenso wie für kontaktlosen Auftrag, für endlose und intermittierende Anwendungen. Hierzu gehören Flächenauftragsköpfe, Extrusionsdüsen, Sprühsysteme, Raupen- und Multilinedüsen und auch rotative Drucksysteme für Schmelzklebstoffe.
2021 hat APRO® eine Aktivkohlebelegungsanlage entwickelt und gebaut, die erstmals auf der FILTECH 22 ausgestellt wurde und sich seit dem im Produktionsbetrieb befindet. Die Anlagen produzieren Aktivkohlefiltermedien höchster Qualität mit Kohlegewichten bis zu 1.000 g/qm. Unsere Kunden verwenden dazu APRO® Heißleimauftragssysteme mit PUR Schmelzklebstoff, um Aktivkohle und/oder Ionentauscher-Granulat in einfacher oder mehrlagiger Ausführung unterschiedlichster Kombination auf einem Nonwoven zu binden/fixieren. Schlussendlich wird dieses Filtermedium mit einem Abdeckvlies belegt oder mit einer silikonisierten Folie abgedeckt, um weitere Maschinendurchläufe zu ermöglichen. Dadurch werden extrem hohe Auftragsgewichte ermöglicht.

APRO® is a privately owned business operating for 35 years. We are mainly a hotmelt equipment manufacturer from Hilden/Germany who is focusing on customer demands. We always give benefits to our customers who are operating worldwide.
APRO® equipment handles all types of hotmelt adhesive such as EVA, PA, PE, PO, PSA, PUR or UVcurable resins. We have several different and unique applicators available for each application. If requested
we provide individual designs for our customer’s needs. We manufacture contact and non-contact, continuous and intermittent systems to applyadhesive, such as coating dies, spray systems, bead and
multiline applicators and print heads.
In 2021 APRO® has developed a complete carbon coating line for manufacturing activated carbon filter media at it’s highest performance. Our customers request a line for high quality filter media with up to 1.000 gsm activated carbon coat weight. Our customers use APRO® hotmelt equipment and PUR adhesive to bond carbon or ion exchange granulate in single or multiple layers in different variations to a nonwoven. The filter media then will be covered with a top filtration web or siliconized film for multiple passes to achieve extreme high coat weights.

Bauform
Durch den integrativen Ansatz ist eine erheblich platzsparendere Bauweise als bisher möglich: die Anlage ist für Räume unter 3m Höhe geeignet und ohne ein
separates Kransystem bedienbar. Zusätzlich ermöglicht die modulare Bauweise eine spätere Erweiterung ohne Einschränkungen.
Sauberkeit
Der saubere Belegungsprozess wird erzielt durch die Integration von Granulatvorentstaubung, Entstaubung der Bahnware und kontrollierter Prozessabluft während der Produktion.
Klebetechnik
Die verbesserte Sprühtechnik für reaktive und auch thermoplastische Klebstoffe im Zusammenspiel mit automatisch verfahrbaren Auftragsköpfen und optimierten Reinigungssequenzen reduziert Stillstandzeiten und den Materialverbrauch im Vergleich zum Markstandard.
Flexibilität
Der neue Ansatz in der Förder- und Dosiertechnik ermöglicht einen uneingeschränkten und schnellen Substratwechsel. Die Rüst- und Stillstandzeiten werden erheblich reduziert und somit auch Kleinserien wirtschaftlich.

Integrated coating line for dusty (carbon) to rolling (ion exchanger) substrates with many of new innovations and improvements
Design
Using integrative projection we have designed a very compact line compared to other machines available on the market. The line is designed for rooms with heights less than 3m and no hoist installation is required. The modular design allows for future modifications and upgrades without limitation.
Cleanliness
A clean coating process is obtained by integrating pre-dust removal of the granulate before entering the dosing unit, dust removal from the web surface after application and a fully controlled process of the air exhaust system.
Adhesive technology
Improved spray technology for reactive and also thermoplastic adhesives in conjunction with automated retractable applicators and optimised cleaning procedures reduce downtime and material consumption compared with current industry standards.
Flexibility
A new approach in material handling and dosing technology allows quick substrate changeover at any time. The setup- and down-time can be reduced considerably and small batches become profitable.
