BIODOS develops modular and containerized water treatment systems for industrial and municipal applications, providing efficient and scalable solutions for demanding process and wastewater streams.

At the core is the Dynamic Cross Filter DCF with advanced disc ceramic membrane technology. Unlike conventional cross flow systems, the DCF combines centrifugal force with controlled tangential flow, reducing circulation demand while increasing outer linear velocity. This enables efficient treatment of high concentration feeds with significant energy savings.

Internal turbulence increases wall shear forces, minimizing fouling and preventing disc blocking. Double sided filtration expands the effective filtration area within the same volume, ensuring stable performance and simplified cleaning. The disc ceramic membrane offers high chemical and thermal resistance, long service life and premium filtration quality meeting highest standards.

The filtration range of ceramic membranes:

• microfiltration range using Al2O3 material (2 µm, 0.8 µm, 0,5 µm, 0,2 µm)
• nanofiltration range using Al2O3 and TiO2 material (80nm, 30 nm, 5 nm)
