CELLTEC Lehmann develops and manufactures functionalized foam solutions through impregnation, coating, and targeted material modification. Activated carbon, silicones, or acrylates are incorporated deep into the open-cell structure, imparting defined properties such as gas adsorption, impermeability, and chemical resistance.

A key focus is on activated carbon filter foams made from cross-linked polyurethane. They combine mechanical depth filtration with efficient gas adsorption in a compact, energy-efficient medium. The open-cell structure enables uniform airflow with low pressure drop—ideal for applications in industry, automotive, building services, and electronics. VOCs and odors are physically adsorbed, while impregnated activated carbons also specifically bind reactive gases and inorganic pollutants.

Flexible material and processing options enable space-optimized solutions. In combination with pre-fabrics, sealing systems, and adhesive technologies, CELLTEC Lehmann delivers integrated filter systems from a single source. The portfolio is complemented by wire mesh filter cartridges for the separation of oil and aerosol mists.

Over 20 processing technologies enable custom-made components—from cutting to ready-to-assemble modules. The result is high-performance, scalable solutions with high process reliability.
