Fratelli Mariani S.p.A was established in 1929 in the province of Como, where the tradition of weaving has always been combined with the skills of wire processing. Fratelli Mariani has been developing an industrial activity with a high technological content for more than 90 years.
Stainless steel wire mesh, expanded and microexpanded metals, perforated sheets and filtration elements are the main products with which the Company satisfies the requirements for quality, service and customisation expected by the industry in its evolution.

Fratelli Mariani S.p.A. wurde 1929 in der Provinz Como gegründet, wo die Tradition des Webens seit jeher eng mit der Verarbeitung von Draht verbunden ist. Seit über 90 Jahren hat Fratelli Mariani somit eine hochtechnologische industrielle Tätigkeit entwickelt.
DRAHTGEWEBE
Die Herstellung von Drahtgeweben erfolgt durch das Verflechten von Drähten, die Maschen bilden. Diese Drähte werden als Kette und Schuss bezeichnet und mithilfe eines Webstuhls verarbeitet. Sie werden auf einem Webstuhl gewebt.
STRECKMETALL
Expandiertes Metall wird durch einen Kaltumformungsprozess von Blechen hergestellt, der es ermöglicht, regelmäßige Öffnungen und Durchbrüche in verschiedenen Formen zu erhalten (rautenförmig, quadratisch und rund).

Gestützt auf unsere langjährige Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von Drahtgeweben und mikroexpandierten Blechen stellen wir hochwertige Endprodukte gemäß Ihrer Zeichnung her. Wir unterstützen aktiv die Entwicklung und Konstruktion der für das Prototyping erforderlichen Anlagen, fertigen Muster an und unterziehen Prototypen strengen Qualitäts- und Funktionstests, um ihre Leistungsfähigkeit zu überprüfen. Fratelli Mariani S.p.A. was founded in 1929 in the province of Como, where the tradition of weaving has always coexisted with the craft of wire work. For more than 90 years, Fratelli Mariani has therefore developed a high-tech industrial activity.
WIRE MESH
The production of wire mesh is carried out by interlacing wires that form meshes between them. These wires are referred to as warp and weft and are woven using a loom. They are woven on a loom.
EXPANDED METAL
Expanded metal is manufactured through a cold-forming process of sheet metal, which makes it possible to obtain regular openings and apertures of different shapes (diamond, square, and round).

TOILE METALLIQUES
La fabrication des toiles métalliques se déroule par l’entrelacement de fils qui forment des mailles entre eux. Ces fils sont désignés en tant que chaîne et trame et sont tissés grâce à un métier à tisser.Ils sont tissés sur un métier à tisser.
METAL DEPLOYE’

TELE e RETI METALLICHE
La produzione delle reti metalliche avviene attraverso l’intreccio di fili che formano tra loro delle maglie. Questi fili sono denominati ordito e trama e vengono tessuti mediante un telaio. Sono tessuti su un telaio.
LAMIERA STIRATA
