Automatic High Speed Slitting Machine
1. Hydraulic shaftless loading or A frame loading: Hydraulic shaftless feeding doesn’t need air shaft which is convenient for loading, the loading and correction system structure is compact and practical. The A frame loading is automatically corrected, the fabric doesn’t need to be rewinded and it can be corrected on the A frame.
2. Automatic fabric connection function: The feeding part with a fabric sewing machine and the two rolls of fabric are spliced and sewing. One worker operation is simple and efficient.
3. Waste fabric collection method: The end face pulling waste fabric collection or rolling waste fabric collection, without manual intervention when machine is working, waste collection is neat.
4. Differential slip shaft winding: Suitable for slitting fabric with uneven grammage, effectively ensuring that each roll of fabric is compaction and the end face of the winding fabric is neat.
5. Automatic unloading: when unloading, pushing the slit fabric roll to the unloader, the unloader rotates to the other end to manually remove the slit fabric roll or choose mechanical arm automatically palletizes.
6. High speed slitting: The maximum speed up to 100 meters per minute.

Automatic Filter Bag Production Line
1. New third generation automatic filter bag production line is an upraded version.
2. The main part of machine use aluminum alloy for its beauty and durableness.
3. The modified Juki Ms-1261 sewing head which equipped with smaller diameter sewing arm, tube holder and feed system is more stable; High speed sewing head with double timing belt to make sure the speed is much faster; PLC control the start and stop of sewing head, cooling needle and cleaning.
4. Sewing & welding combinated head can be choosen.
5. Feeding part has automatic loading, center fixation and tension control functions. Fabric feeding is controlled by photoelectric sensor for make sure fabric can be feeded smoothly.
6. The whole machine controlled by servo and variable frequency, it is easy and convenience to adjust the speed.
7. Main frame has fix center function to prevent fabric deviation;
8. It has thread break sensor and fabric roll sensor, when thread break or fabric finished, machine stops automatically.
9. Automatic count and stop.
