P. Glatzeder GmbH has been manufacturing and selling nonwovens and technical textiles since 1972.

In 2022, we developed nanomelt, a technology for the production of nanofiber meltblown polypropylene at competitive prices.

Nanomelt meltblown is used in advanced filter systems as well as in standard filter applications for particles and liquids with the effect of increasing the filter performance while reducing the pressure difference. As an additional service, we also develop meltblown filter nonwovens based on the nanomelt technology according to customer requirements, for example to replace more expensive filter nonwovens in existing systems.

We complete our range of services with subsequent manufacturing services such as ultrasonic lamination of up to 4 layers with a width of 160 cm, hot and cold calendering up to 350 cm wide, production of blanks, printing, winding and cutting of roll goods.
