Glosfume specialise in manufacturing high temperature ceramic filtration systems capable of operating at temperatures up to 750oC.

With emission levels as low as 1mg per Normal m3 our filters comply to the latest IED emission directives.

We design and manufacture the complete system and filtration media in house giving full control of the project from start to finish. From bespoke, total seal systems to modular designs for gas flows up to 150,000m3/hr.

With over 1,500 installations worldwide our ceramic filters are suitable for applications from incineration to product recovery, biomass boilers burning virgin wood, waste wood, RDF, SRF & medical waste. We also produce filter systems for pyrolysis and gasification plants requiring ATEX provision.

Unlike other types of filtration ceramic are capable of withstanding sparks, fires and moisture and are now seen as the best available technology (BAT) for the ever increasingly stringent emission regulations.

Glosfume are the only company in the world to design and manufacture a range of ceramic and catalytic filter candles and complete filter housings.
