Im Video: ILT realisiert moderne Luftreinhaltungslösung für Ford in Köln
Die ILT Industrie-Luftfiltertechnik GmbH, Spezialist für Prozessluftabsaugung und Luftreinhaltung in der Industrie, hat im Ford-Entwicklungszentrum Köln eine neue Absauganlage nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik installiert. Nach über 20 Jahren war die bestehende Anlage an ihre Leistungsgrenze gestoßen und wurde durch eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung ersetzt.
Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf der Prozesssicherheit und dem Gesundheitsschutz der Mitarbeiter. Durch den Einsatz moderner Highspeed-Bearbeitungsmaschinen entstehen vermehrt gesundheitsschädliche Kühlschmierstoff-Aerosole, die zuverlässig abgesaugt werden müssen. ILT plante und realisierte die Anlage in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ford, wobei die komplexe Fertigungsstruktur berücksichtigt und die Umrüstung mit minimaler Produktionsunterbrechung umgesetzt wurde.
Mit Abschluss des Projekts verfügt Ford über eine leistungsfähige Gesamtlösung, die höchste Sicherheitsstandards erfüllt und die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter nachhaltig schützt.

ILT Industrie-Luftfiltertechnik GmbH, a specialist company in process air extraction and air pollution control in industry, has installed a new state-of-the-art extraction system at the Ford Development Center in Cologne. After more than 20 years, the existing system had reached its performance limits and was replaced by a customized solution.
Particular attention was paid to process safety and employee health protection. The use of modern high-speed machining equipment generates increasing amounts of harmful cooling lubricant aerosols, which must be reliably extracted. ILT planned and implemented the system in close cooperation with Ford, taking into account the complex production structure and implementing the conversion with minimal production interruption.
With the completion of the project, Ford now has a powerful overall solution that meets the highest safety standards and provides long-term protection for the health of its employees.
