Weldsonic Filter - ⚡ Ultrasonic Welding & Gluing – Smart. Strong. Precise.
Our ultrasonic welding process fuses materials directly together – fast, clean, and without the need for extra chemicals.
For materials that can’t be welded (e.g. cellulose), the system applies hot melt adhesive tapes . These are carefully selected according to the required specification and automatically fed between the material layers by application-specific guiding devices. Activated by ultrasound energy ⚡, the adhesive cures within just a few seconds ⏱️ – ensuring a strong, reliable bond.
✨ Precision in motion:
・The sonotrode and anvil wheel are powered by independent servo motors ?️, guaranteeing accurate and consistent material feeding.
・An integrated conveyor belt supports the transfer of filter packs through the welding station, keeping seams perfectly straight and flat – even with heavy-duty materials
