Multi-Pass Filtration Tester
This system is designed to measure the filtration efficiency of oil filters and fuel filters for internal combustion engines.
Tests can be carried out in accordance with ISO 4548-12 ‘particle holding capacity and dust collection capacity using internal combustion engine oil filter particle counters’ and ISO 19438 ‘diesel fuel and gasoline filter for internal combustion engines – filtration efficiency and dust collection capacity using particle counters’.
The system consists of 2~3 test circuits (Small Loop, Medium Loop, Large Loop(Option)) and an injection system, a dilution system and a transfer system, each of which is equipped with a clean-up filter to maintain
