SIPERM^® – Porous sintered materials for industrial filtration

Since 1953, Tridelta Siperm, located in Dortmund, has been developing and producing porous sintered materials for industrial processes.

Our materials SIPERM^® R (stainless steel AISI 316 L), SIPERM^® B (bronze CuSn 10), SIPERM^® HP (polyethylene PE-UHMW) and SIPERM^® HP antistatic are processed into filters in the form of plates, tubes, cartridges, discs and moulded parts according to customer specifications.

The main area of application is in the filtration of liquids and gases. The homogeneous pore structure enables uniform flow with constant filter performance. Depending on the application, pore sizes and separation efficiency can be precisely adapted to the specific process requirements.

SIPERM^® R and SIPERM^® B are preferred when high demands are placed on pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance. Both materials are dimensionally stable, durable and easy to clean or regenerate. SIPERM^® HP impresses with its high chemical resistance, low weight and easy processing. The material is food-safe, available in an antistatic version and can be used in complex geometries. All SIPERM^® materials are manufactured and tested in accordance with defined quality standards.

Tridelta Siperm is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and stands for reproducible material properties, stable delivery quality and technical advice on the design of customer-specific filter systems.
