Baoji Jiaxin Filter Materials Tech Co., Ltd., established in 2006, is a professional manufacturer of wet-laid nonwoven fabrics in China.
We possess ISO 14001 and ISO9001 Certification, RoHS and Reach Test Report, and have ten patents, won the China Technology Association Golden Bridge Award in 2018.
We produce from 30 to 120g/m² wet-laid nonwoven, mixed fiber nonwoven and functional non-woven fabrics; 3 professional production lines, product width 1300 to 2700 mm, the annual production capacity is 60 million Square meters.
Wet laid polyester nonwoven produced by us, is the ideal substratesupport/backing layer) of meltblown & nanofiber for Combi cabin filter media and mini-pleat HEPA filter media.
Superior air permeability combined with excellent stability and stiffness, provide mechanical support for filter layer, good stiffness can make good pleats, and easily laminated with meltblown by Ultrasonic bonding or Hot melt glue spray bonding.
Maximize the efficiency and durability of indoor, cabin, HVAC and industrial air filters. Customized function such as Antibacterial & Mildewproof, Anti-virus etc.

Customized function such as Antibacterial & Mildewproof, Anti-virus etc.
- Antibacterial nonwoven: Anti-bacterial rate＞99% for Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli & Staphylococcus aureus.
- Mildewproof nonwoven: Mildewproof grade: 0 grade. No growth apparent under the microscope (magnification 50 x)
- Anti-virus nonwoven: Antiviral activity rate 99.99% (H1N1 & H3N2)
- Superior air permeability combined with excellent stability and stiffness;
- Provide mechanical support for nanofiber true filtration layer;
- Offer the stiffer and sharper pleats for filter media;
- Maximize the efficiency and durability of indoor, cabin, HVAC and industrial air filters.;
- Easily coating and lamination by thermal, adhesive and ultrasonic bonding.
